Below is what you can expect next:

Team Review

We review and reply to all submissions before 1 PM on the same business day. All other requests are responded to the following business day. This applies to submissions made over the weekend. 

Follow-up

This will happen only if we don't have all the information or need clarity regarding your request. You can expect this to be an email or a phone call from our team.

Provide the Quote

Our team will email you a documented quote. This quote will include the "all-in price" and essential details and requirements regarding your rental from us. After quotes are provided, they typically expire within 7-10 days. 

Await Your Reply

We hope you love our quote and recognize the value of the product and service offered. Your response might include additional questions or simply a variation of, "I'd like to proceed... what are the next steps?"

Gather the Details

After you've accepted the quote, we'll send you a new customer intake form to gather the information we need to pair you with a driver and schedule you on their route. This includes your delivery and recovery preferences. Please note that we do not operate on Sundays. 

Collect Payment

Once we get all the info we need for your reservation, we'll email over an invoice to collect payment. Reservations are not final until at least a 50% deposit is received. We take all forms of ePayment, including Crypto. 

Event Preparation

You'll get an email reminder from us within seven to ten days before your event. If a balance is due before your event, this email will include a payment request. This email will also include a checklist of items to prepare for our arrival and ensure a seamless delivery and setup experience. 

Delivery

Your driver will contact you within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery to coordinate their arrival. Once onsite, your driver will, with you (or assigned contact), locate the desired parking location and onsite utility hookups (unless we provide them). After setup, the driver will do a quick walk-through tour, showing you how everything works and answering your questions. This will also include finalizing the recovery date/time. 

Feedback

The event is over so that you can relax. Hopefully, it went well, and you've been pleased with our partnership. We'll kindly follow up with an email requesting feedback.
